About Dr. Hertenstein
Dennis Hertenstein has led these highly popular and comprehensive CE and CPD (U.K.) board-accredited workshops since 1989. He has been sponsored by Palmer College of Chiropractic West and Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa, and I.F.E.C., Paris. His courses have also been certified by the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners for C.E. credit.
Participants have found his guidance insightful, inspiring, well organized, and immediately useful.
Dr. Hertenstein continues active practice (since 1972), grounding everything taught in solid clinical application. Trained extensively and eclectically in cranial work, he has studied with the world-renowned Frymann Osteopathic Tutorials of the Osteopathic Cranial Academy; Franklyn Sills of the Karuna Institute, England; the Upledger Institute, where he schooled at all levels including the intensive "Advanced Courses"; and the Milne Institute (Hugh Milne, D.O.). He has successfully integrated cranial work into the practice of Chiropractic.
He maintains a full-time practice in Santa Rosa, California combining traditional Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy, soft tissue work and traditional Cranial work. Dr Hertenstein specializes in working with newborns suffering from birth trauma who are referred by a network of Midwives, Doulas and Lactation Consultants, as well as children and adults suffering from jaw dysfunction (TMJ) referred to him by Dentists.
He continues to teach internationally.
